Marjorie A. Marotta  Partner 

Marjorie Ann Marotta began her career in business, holding positions in real estate, management and accounting before earning her law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she was editor-in chief of the Journal of Technology Law and Policy, a teaching and research assistant, and a CALI Award winner.  Before beginning her career in law and pursuing her undergraduate degree and Washington & Jefferson College, Marjorie was a Rotary International Exchange Student that provided the opportunity to spend a year in Brazil studying at the Universidade Federale de Espirito Santo and teaching English to Brazilian students of all ages at a Speak Fast Language Center.
 
The perspective she gained from living in Brazil for a year, combined with her extensive business and law experience, gives Marjorie a unique approach to problem-solving.

John C. Brzustowicz 
Partner

John C. Brzustowicz earned his undergraduate degree in History, English and Chinese Studies at the College of Wooster before continuing his education at Cornell University, earning a master's degree in labor and industrial relations and then his Juris Doctorate at Case Western Reserve University. John continues his involvement the Eastman School of Music, beginning during his position of Personal Assistant to Dr. Howard Hanson, a renowned conductor, composer and educator.  Attorney Brzustowicz has also been involved with the Institute of American Music, studying and serving copyright related issues. 

 

With a background in business and extensive experience in all facets of the law, including bankruptcy law, he has a unique perspective in counseling clients facing difficult challenges.  He also is certified to represent veterans on all issues before the Veterans Administration.
